Mustard Beetle: Textiles, Press, & Goods is an independent, LA-based illustration and design studio founded by Elizabeth Jean Younce. Younce received her MFA in Printmaking from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2018 and her BFA in Illustration and Printmaking from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) in 2015. While Younce's background is solely in art, she has always had a passion for our environment. She now partners with researchers and scientists, she volunteers with multiple environmental organizations to assist in conservation. Recently, her work has begun to focus on the delicate balance between native species and the invasive species that threaten them.
